So here are some more dryad sketches. I kind of felt like the earlier one looked too much like a woman was just standing in front of a tree. For the next one, I made the woman more transparent to try to make it seem like she was more of a spirit. Then I tried combining the tree with the woman more -- kind of half-tree, half-woman. I think I like the last look best.
What do you think? How would you picture a dryad?

The bottom one is down right inspiring. I would really like to see you make that a finished illustration. The pose, the movement, just really fantastic.
